동상이몽하는 자본주의. 공산주의. 모든인류를 행복하게 해준다는 이상론에서 본 자본주의 나 공산주의는 같은침대에 있으나, 그 이상을 실현해가는 과정에선 다른꿈을 꾸는 이몽이다. 공산주의는 둑재,중앙집권적, 인권 유린, 폭악정치, 전제군주적,자유 불허,재산소유권부정, 계획, 통제경제, 배급경제로 경세제민을 하는반면, 자본주의는, 자유, 인권,선택, 언론 출판의 자유, 참정권, 경제활동, 창의존중,경쟁의자유,재산권소유인정,자원배분의시장경제원칙등 민주주의 가치를 실행지향하는 민주시장자본주의,준법,법치로 통치한다는 점에서 이몽이다.공산주의 대부 중국은 우크라이나 전쟁에서도 서방민주자본주의국가들의 반발에 아랑곳없이, 공산사회주의 러시아와 동침하며,러시아의 침공을 지원한다. 하나의 중국정책을 천명하며,미국의 동맹인 자유중국을 중국통치손아귀에 넣고, 심지어는 미국의 제일동맹국 대한민국도 공산화 시켜 중국의 일부로 장악하겠다는 군국주의적 야심을 동북공정 정책에서 명백히 밝히고있어, 태평양지역의 미국제 1, 2의 동맹국을 보존해야되는 미국의 고민은 물론, 양국 수천만 국민들도 공포에 쌓여 살아간다. 미국과 남한을 위협하는 북한의 화성 핵실험은 국제법과 UN 평하조약을 위반하면서 자행하며, 북한인민들의 목소리로 “핵실험성공을 보고, 통쾌함이 샘물처럼 용솟음친다” 그것도이몽이다.세계인구 70억의 분포가 두갈래 산맥 자본주의 (65%), 공산/사회주의(35%)로 계급(class)을 형성해가고있다. 인류역사발전은 상기 두 제도를 데체할 시스템 개발없이, 헤겔의 유심론 변증법을, 유물론적 변증법으로 전향시킨 Karl Marx 가 창조해낸, 자본론 1, 2, 3 권내에서 피력된 생산양식의 역사적 변천과정을 통한 유산자, 무산자 간의 계급투쟁 (Class Struggle)을, 자본주의 대항모델로 인류의 생활양식 변화를 제시해간다. 250년전 아담스의 국부론이 천명한 자본주의는 전통적가치기준을 탈피, 중앙정부의 통제,간섭없는 시장의 수요공급원칙과 자유경쟁이라는 원동력하에,Invisible Hand(보이지않는 손)를 통헤 개인의 이익동기가 도덕과윤리, 근면, 창의력에 입각, 자기이익극대화를 추구할때, 사회 집단, 국가의 이익도 보이지않는 손을 통해, 최대치를 달성한다는, 개인과 집단이익의 조화로운 연계를 강조하였다. 경제활동이 자유경쟁을 통해 행해질때, 소비자는 효용의 극대, 기업가, 투자가는 이윤의 극대화되고, 자원은효률적 배분, 균형된 경제성장은 인간 복지증진, 행복지수를 높은 수준으로 유지시켜준다하였다.경제적으로는 크리스챤정신에따라, 근면의 노동,창의로 성취한 노동대가는 저축과 자본축적, 획득한재산은 증식, 완전한 재산소유권보장은 노동 근면의 동기부여,정치적으로는 자유, 평등,인권보장, 민주법치의 제도적 보장,생명의 보호, 안전의 혜택은 공산주의, 사회주의사회보다 월등함이 증명되어, 전인류의 상당수는 민주주의 자본주의를 선호 채택하는 미국으로 이주하기를 갈망하고있다. 실제로 수많은 이민자들이 몰겨들었다.중앙집권적 전제정치,정부 통제, 간섭과 자유제한,인권 유린,폐쇄정치로 결과시킨 공산주의,사회주의는 결국 경제적 기회비용의 상실, 저소비, 저 투자,저생산, 소비자선택의 자유불허로, 자본주의진영과 비교 엄청난, 소득격차, 저생산, 저고용, 저소득을 감당하며, 생산요소인 노동, 자본, 기술 배합과 자원 분배의 불균형으로 결과된, 생산, 소비, 소득, 고용, 경제발전, 복지계수측면에서 현저한 저하는, 선진국, 후진국의 구별하에 비민주,후진국이란 범주로 타락했고, 자유경쟁사회가 배태시키는 생산성, 효률성, 기술진보,삶의 질적향상, 행복지수를 측정하는 수준에 미흡, 계급사회의 태동은, 필연적인 공산진영과 자본주의 진영과의 무역경쟁, 체제경쟁을 감수해가고있다. 반면, 자본력경쟁,국방력비교, 과학발전, 의학, 약학제조,무기생산,국방력, 핵무기개발 전쟁,정보산업 스파이경쟁, Internet, Website, cyber attack, Electromagnetic Pulse, Electric Infrastructure Protection 등의 최첨단 산업 관리, 공격 무대로 자유진영대 공산 사회주의국가 간의 치열한 Class Struggle 이 진행되고있다. 정치, 경제, 문화, 과학, 의학, 국방력,핵무기 생산, Digital technology, 에서의 경쟁은 공격적 측면 과 방어적 측면에서 경쟁이 우리의 미래를 불확실케한다. 공산주의 국가 중국이 파생시킨 Covid Pandemic 의 출현은 또다른 우리의 미래에 불확실성을 주고있다. 그전염병은 인류가 공들여 샇아올린 민주질서,시장경제,문명 생활에 제동을 걸어,자유, 번영,행복증대 실현에 온갗방해를 했다. 번영을위한, 팽창정책이 축소로갈때,세계경제는 Stagflation 의 장기적 불황의 공포로 문화 발전, 행복지수는 급강한다.
